Privacy notice

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data we process when you visit rabbitnose.com or email us, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The controller is Rabbitnose, a company in formation founded by Orel Yamin. Company registration details will be published on our legal page once available. Contact for all privacy matters: hello@rabbitnose.com.

Visiting this website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, and loads nothing from third-party servers.

To deliver the site and protect it against attacks, our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. This is necessary for security and reliability (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor and keeps this data only for a short period.

Emailing us

If you email us, for example to request early access, we process your name, email address, company and the content of your message to reply and to discuss a possible collaboration (steps prior to a contract, Article 6(1)(b), or legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need it longer for legal reasons. Our email is hosted by Spaceship (Spacemail), acting as our processor.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. Our processors may handle data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@rabbitnose.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own EU country.

Automated decisions

This website makes no automated decisions about you.

We will update this notice when our services change, for example when Rabbitnose launches. The date at the top shows the latest version.
